I’ve decided to make a sort of blog with this app. My newfound Meal prepping journey along with additional topics such as how easy or hard it was to make a meal and occasionally weight discussions. I hope to lose 10 -15 pounds by meal prep, Mealime, and low carb dairy free “diet”. I am a college student and I am hoping to start a healthy lifestyle and mentality. I don’t plan on being frequent with posts but I do plan on using this as a reason to keep on top of this overall plan. Wish me luck!
