I am from England so it would be helpful to have the option to change everything to grams and mls, as I have no idea what oz and pounds would convert to whilst shopping.

If you go to “Settings” > “Eating Preferences” in the app and scroll to the bottom, you’ll see an option to choose “Metric” as your units. You’ll need to create a new meal plan for this to take effect.
