Over the past couple years I’ve been up and down on my weight. I go to the gym but it’s like a am throwing my money away. I’m tone on my upper body shoulder legs looks wonderful. However, I have this stubborn belly fat that seems impossible to break. Any suggestion guys because I tried pretty much every thing.
I am a big Pilates fan. While that is kind of a lie, I don’t love doing it but I found it has really helped with my core strength.
