I am married to one of the founders of Mealime so have spent a few years of having almost daily discussions about how to make Mealime excellent. I also cook Mealime recipes several times a week and came to rely on it as a quick way to make nutritious and delicious meals after a hectic day at work. I have loved to cook ever since I was a teenager. I love perusing recipes and getting creative in the kitchen but somewhere along the line I got fed up with recipes that had long lists of ingredients. For me part of the brilliance of Mealime is the short ingredients lists with one perfectly chosen fresh herb.
